Our preferred and standard method of payment is Direct Debit. This allows your storage fees to be collected automatically, on time, and without the need for manual payments.
Using Direct Debit helps avoid missed payments, late charges, and any interruption to access to your storage unit.
All Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, providing reassurance and protection against errors.
Storage fees are payable monthly in advance and are collected automatically on the agreed due date. If your storage fee changes, you will be notified in advance in line with your agreement.
You remain in control of your Direct Debit and may cancel it at any time through your bank. Please note that cancelling a Direct Debit does not end your storage agreement or remove your obligation to pay fees due.
To set up a Direct Debit, please download and complete our Direct Debit mandate form. Once completed, return it to us by email, post, or in person. You do not need to contact your bank.
You will need your bank account holder name, sort code, and account number.
Invoices are issued monthly by email. Account statements can be supplied on request.
