All units are standard 20 foot shipping container units. Each container is boarded internally and ready for immediate use.

All of our containers are treated with Grafo-Therm, a specialist anti-condensation coating applied to the inside ceiling. It helps reduce condensation by limiting temperature changes, absorbing moisture as it forms, and speeding up evaporation. While condensation can never be completely eliminated in all conditions, this treatment significantly reduces the risk.

Units are suitable for household and business storage. Prohibited items include flammable or hazardous materials, illegal goods, firearms, living creatures, food likely to attract vermin, and items of exceptional or uninsurable value.

Access is available during published access hours. Access hours may change occasionally for operational or safety reasons, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

Only you, or people authorised by you, may access your storage unit. You are responsible for the actions of anyone you allow to access the facility.

No. Witney Self Storage does not take possession of your goods and does not routinely access your unit. Entry will only occur where permitted under the agreement, such as emergencies, legal requirements, or unpaid fees.

If payment is overdue, access to your unit may be restricted and late payment fees may apply. Continued non-payment may result in the sale or disposal of goods to recover outstanding charges, as set out in the storage agreement.

Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit. We can also issue invoices where required. Storage fees are payable in advance in accordance with your agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring your goods are insured for their full replacement value at all times. Where insurance is arranged through us, cover is limited to the value declared by you.

Either party may end the agreement by giving the required written notice. All goods must be removed and the unit left clean and empty by the termination date.

JS Motor Services Ltd is a well-established garage and MOT testing station, operating since 1988. Witney Self Storage uses additional land adjacent to our existing yard to provide secure self-storage facilities. The garage and yard continue to operate as normal.

Yes. JS Motor Services Ltd continues to operate as a garage and MOT testing station. The business is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
